TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Mike Kipchumba Kurui, of P.O. Box 10-30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Jebet Komen, who died at Mediahal Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Jennifer Ringoi Kandie, of P.O. Box 53, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chetalam Chebii alias Cheptalam Chebii, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th March, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
