TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025
By Paulo Kibet K. Chebon, of P.O. Box 29, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebon Kimasis alias Chebon arap Kimasir, who died at Makutano, on 30th April, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Richard Maina Kimani, of P.O. Box 3819, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Koine, who died at Timboroa, on 13th July, 1978.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
