CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2026
By Kefa Nyabeti Nyachio, of P.O. Box 200, Nyamira in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Nyachio Mongare alias Benard Nyacheo Mongare, who died at Kebirigo, on 14th February, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2026
By Yucabet Nyanchoka Ocharo, of P.O. Box 38, Magwagwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ocharo Arama, who died on 26th September, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2026
By Samuel Ndubi Orina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Orina Michira and (2) Rioba Orina alias Julius Rioba, who died at Bokiambori, on (1) 23rd June, 1994 and (2) 16th March, 2026, respectively.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
