TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Joseph Oroko Mokua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Mokua, who died at Bonyaiguba, on 23rd May, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By James Monda Kengere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Monda Kengere, who died on 25th August, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2026
By Sospeter Asande Turungi, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Bosibori Asande alias Alice Bosibori Asande, who died on 12th January, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
