TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2026
By Raymond Kazungu Lewah, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Lewa Nguwa, who died on 11th January, 2026.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2026
By Kazungu Kadenge Baya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Mwabaya Simba alias Kadenge M. Simba, who died on 9th July, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2026
By Chrispers Safari Fondo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Charo Dena, who died on 1st April, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
