TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Nganga Mburu and (2) Rosemary Njeri Kirika, the
deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Magdaline Waithira Mburu,
who died on 23rd July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025
By Jane Nyambura Njogu, of P.O. Box 7173–20100, Nakuru in
Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Joseph Njogu Njuguna, who died at Reliance
Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025
By Naftali Nguyo Kanegeni, the executor of the deceased’s will,
for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Samuel
Nderitu Mureithi, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on
19th May, 2025.

By (1) Allan Wakanene Mathai and (2) Charles Ndumia Wahome,
both of P.O. Box 8910–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son
and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Eliud Wamathai Wakanene, who died at Plainsview
Nursing Home, on 17th September, 2021.

By Rachel Mwihaki, of P.O. Box 48, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Stanley Muiruri Mburu alias Stanley Muiruri, who died at M. P.
Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025
By (1) Jesse Wanjahi Karanja and (2) Annah Wambui Gakuru, both
of P.O. Box 81, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Joseph Gakuru Karanja, who died at Kaptembwo, on 28th January,
2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
