By (1) Rosemary Muthoni Kinungi and (2) James Kamande Kiarii, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiarii Ndekei, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 24th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2026
By Peter Mwea Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Muchugi alias Samuel Njuguna Muchigi, who died at Kagunduini, on 25th October, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Mukabi Githuku and (2) Rachel Wangui Karue, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Githuku Njuguna, who died at Vineyard Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2020.
