TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E192 OF 2025
By John Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege Ganda alias Pauline Ndege Ganda, who died at Chiga, on 2nd December, 2012.
CAUSE NO.E193 OF 2025
By Thomas Anditi Nyabande, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Filgona Omolo Nyabande, who died at Chiga, on 21st September, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
