CAUSE NO.E373 OF 2023
By Dancan Angira, of P.O. Box 2695- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Angira Otolo, who died at Kakmie, on 27th July, 2020.
CAUSE NO.E192 OF 2026
By Richard Odemo Owiti, of P.O. Box 140, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelia Imbo Masero alias Kornelia Imbo Masero, who died at Ayweyo, on 12th May, 1994.
CAUSE NO.E198 OF 2026
By Lucas Otieno Oyoo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Ajode Nyakoe alias Ajode Nyakoe, who died on 17th July, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
