TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E119 OF 2026
By Margaret Ose Nyawaka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Ose Nyawaka, who died on 14th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO.E154 OF 2026
By Jared Achola Wasonga, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Ogwok, who died on 21st May, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
