CAUSE NO.E104 OF 2025
By John Kiprotich Soi, of P.O. Box 375, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi Maina, who died at Kaminjeiwa, on 21st December, 1972.
CAUSE NO.E179 OF 2025
By Philip Kipkirui Langat, of P.O. Box 200, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptiony arap Tongoi, who died at Tiriitab Moita, on 15th June, 1978.

By (1) Erick Kipkoech Korir and (2) Nicholas Kipkoech Korir, both of P.O. Box 24, Mogogosiek in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Komingoi arap Chelule, who died at Ngererit, on 8th May, 1988.

By Elizabeth Chemweteki Arap, of P.O. Box 55, Ndanai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimetet arap Ngasura alias Kimemtet Ngasura, who died at Gelegele, on 9th December, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
