TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Najala Khaoya, (2) Luke Kundu Khaoya and (3) Jane
Nelima Khaoya, all of P.O. Box 84, Tongaren in Kenya, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khaoya Misiko
Wekunda, who died at Soysambu Location, Tongaren, on 21st
November, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
