TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E6 OF 2026
By Francis Amoyo Okanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willison Okang’a Siguda alias Wilson Okang’a Sigida alias Wilson Okanga Sibida, who died at Emalindi, on 18th July, 2015.
CAUSE NO.E7 OF 2026
By (1) Isaac Angulu Oyondi and (2) Emily Osore Anzaya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Malaba Oyondi alias Maloba Oyondi, who died at Eshirali, on 18th January, 2023.
CAUSE NO.E9 OF 2026
By Florah Ambsa Okoti, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okoti Andabwa, who died at Namasoli Health Centre, on 27th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
