TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E137 OF 2025
By (1) Patricia Awiti Odero and (2) Rosemary Aoko Okumu, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Oguela Okelo, who died at Ajiqo-Bondo, on 28th October, 1993.
CAUSE NO.E61 OF 2026
By Shadrack Osewe Oyoyo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Oyoyo Wang’oma alias Oyoyo Wangoma, who died at Nyangoma Sub-location, on 21st March, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
