PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E264 OF 2025
By Roselyne Auma Odiemo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Olum Odiemo, who died at West Migenwa Sub-location, on 2nd May, 2016.
CAUSE NO.E20 OF 2026
By (1) Filgona Atieno Ogwela and (2) Dan Peter Owendah Ogwellah, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Ogwela Omundhe alias Ogwela Omundhe, who died at Usenge, on 1st April, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
