TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E75 OF 2026
By Benard Richard Odhiambo Ooko, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ouko Nyandiga alias Jeremiah Ooko Nyandiga, who died at Kanyadieto Sub-location, on 30th April, 2004.
CAUSE NO.E76 OF 2026
By (1) Millicent Atieno Ochieng and (2) Stive Okoth Okeyo, both of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Orwa, who died at Kanyadieto Sub-location, on 7th August, 1988.
CAUSE NO.E78 OF 2026
By Amuka Kepher Onyango, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amuka Nyandiga alias Wilson Amuka Nyandiga, who died at north east Kamagambo Sub-location, on 13th January, 2000.
CAUSE NO.E79 OF 2026
By Amuka Kepher Onyango, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanga Nyandiga alias Nicholas Kanga Nyandiga, who died at north east Kamagambo Sub-location, on 18th September, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
