TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2026
By Jared Otieno Okuto, of P.O. Box 329, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Awuro Raphael Okuto, who died on 27th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2026
By Joshua Odhiambo Okinda, of P.O. Box 107, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pelesia Akelo Okinda, who died at Rongo Pala, on 26th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
