TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025
By Benson Kamau Muiruri, of P.O. Box 59, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Muiruri Nduhu, who died at Gatune Sub-location, on 19th May, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2025
By Margaret Wambui Gathoitah, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Gathoitah Mwangi alias Simon Gathuita, who died at Githima, on 8th June, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By John Ndegwa Githinji, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githinji Wanderi, who died at A.I.C., Githumu Health Centre, on 8th September, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
