TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2024
By Anjelina Achola Mbidha, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patricia Ndege Otiti alias Ndege w/o Otiti, who died on 24th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2024
By Caroline Akinyi Ojwang, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Okoth, who died on 12th July, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E486 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Otieno Aoko and (2) Wycliffe Ooko Aoko, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Ouma Aoko alias George Ouma, who died on 25th January, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
