PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Zakaria Masakwe and (2) Paul Museve Lumbasi, both of P.O. Box 6, Kakunga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lumbasi Lusiola, who died at West County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By (1) Lilian Lukela, (2) Mildred Nasimiyu and (3) Charity Nelima, all of P.O. Box 222, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Wanyonyi Kibiengei, who died at Mwamba Sub-location, on 5th May, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
