TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2026
By Masela Adliambo Osimba, of P.O. Box 3, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damasus Osimba Omollo alias Osimba Omolo, who died on 11th April, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2026
By Veroline Akinyi Otieno, of P.O. Box 3, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Osimba alias George Otieno s/o Osimba, who died on 20th August, 2004.

By Daniel Okoth Akoko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Akoko Obunge alias Akoko Obunge, who died on 2nd June, 2015.

By Penina Ogweno Minyama, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogweno Minyama alias Raphael Ogweno Minyama, who died on 22nd May, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
