TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024
By Mohamed Ali Warsama, of P.O. Box 59417-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gubadli Kahin, who died at Nairobi, on 31st January, 1939.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Farihya Alinoor Shabure and (2) Omar Alinoor Shabure, both of P.O. Box 8768-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alinoor Haji Shabure, who died at Nairobi South, on 14th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
