TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Salim Mohamed Suleiman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatma Ali Rashid, who died at Mombasa, on 16th December, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By (1) Rosemim Hussainudin and (2) Hussein Habibula Chandabhai, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habibula Chandabhai, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
