TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E533 OF 2025
By Jane Muthoni Kibe, of P.O. Box 263, Molo in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Josphat Kibe Mago, who died at Valley Hospital, on 22nd
May, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E705 OF 2025
By (1) Simon Gioche Muraya and (2) Peter Muraya Gathiya, both of
P.O. Box 81–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emma Gathiya
Gioche alias Gioche Emmah alias Emmah Gathiya Gioche alias Emma
Gathiya alias Emma Gathia Gioche, who died at St. Joseph Hospital,
Gilgil in Kenya, on 4th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
