TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 214 OF 2025
By Margaret Gathoni Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 1144–20300,
Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwaniki Kariuki, who
died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 27th March,
2021.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By (1) Geoffrey Maina Mwangi, (2) James Mathare Mburu and (3)
James Muchina Rimui, all of P.O. Box 128–20300, Nyahururu in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Joseph Mbaria Muchina, who died at 5th Avenue, Parklands, on 13th
December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
