By Gilbert Kimangu Mataha, of P.O. Box 1899–10400, Nanyki,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith
Wairimu Mataha, who died at Kirichu Sub-location.
CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2025
By Peter Ndegwa Waithaka, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Monica Gathoni Waithaka alias Monicah
Gathoni Waithaka, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 15th
October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
