CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2024
By (1) Shirlyn Nkatha Mwenda and (2) Carol Daisy Mwende Ngai,
both of P.O. Box 493, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a
grant of letters of administration to the estate of Eric Mwenda Murithi,
who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2024
By Caroline Kajuju Munyua, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a
grant of letters of administration to the estate of Beatrice Mukomunene
Munyua, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February,
2018.

By Jonathan Kigorwe, of P.O. Box 703–60200, Meru in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of M’Rukunga M’Nkubitu, who died at Mulathankari, on
19th July, 2018.

By Godfrey Muriira Gitau, of P.O. Box 1549–60200, Meru in
Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Lydia Muthoni Marete alias Lydia Muthoni,
who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 16th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2025
By (1) Andrew Kigorwe and (2) Hellen Mukaria, the deceased’s
children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of Ikirima Rutere alias M’Ikirima M’Rutere, who died at Mukua, on
12th May, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
