By Samat Shanti Ashok Kumar, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laxmi Munja
Samat, who died at Milimani, on 24th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025
By Lilian Kanoti, of P.O. Box 232–60200, Meru in Kenya, the
deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of John Mwitha M’Mbina, who died at Kenyatta National
Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2025
By Douglas Kathurima Kithinji, of P.O. Box 255–30302,
Kibirichia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Philiph Kithinji Rutere alias
Philip Kithinji Rutere, who died at Marania, on 26th October, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
