IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MERU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2025
By Samat Shanti Ashok Kumar, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rambha
Munja Samat, who died at Upper Igoki, on 25th February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E158 OF 2025
By (1) Japhet Thuranira Mwenda and (2) Penina Gaceri Murungi,
the deceased’s grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Murira M’Rithara,
who died at Lower Igoki, on 31st December, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
