By (1) Esther Muendi Mutunga and (2) John Kenama Waita, both of
P.O. Box 398, Wote in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Ndemesi Muoki alias Denis Muoki, who died on
20th January, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E352 OF 2025
By Angelina Ndawa Mutuku, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of John Kimona Muthee, who died on 15th July,
2025
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
