TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025
By Mary Adiambo Ndege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mourice Ouma Ndege
alias Maurice Ouma, who died at Homa Bay, on 3rd August, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E402 OF 2025
By Alex Rapemo Odhungo, of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Odhungo Gome, who died on 17th November, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2025
By (1) John Ochanda Dera, (2) Elias Owuor Onyango and (3)
Jared Ochieng Otieno, all of P.O. Box 1, Homa Bay in Kenya, the
deceased’s son and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Dera Angwango alias Dera
Anguango, who died on 30th June, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E404 OF 2025
By Prescila Nguju Ongeso, of P.O. Box 1, Homa Bay in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Christopher Ongeso Ogango, who died on 15th August,
2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
