CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By Richard Kiplimo Tunge, of P.O. Box 148, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptunge Too alias Kiptunge arap Too, late of Nandi County, who died at K.C.R.H., on 18th October, 2021.

By Festo Kiplangat, of P.O. Box 74, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Jepkering Kiprop, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2019.

By Susana Mengich, of P.O. Box 148, Kapsabet, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui Mengich alias Kiptanui arap Mengich, late of Segut Sublocation, who died there on 8th January, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
