TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025
By Robert Cheruiyot Roche, of P.O. Box 2174, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Cheruiyot Sitonik, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2025
By Edna Chelangat Mibei and Negtich Keneneth Kiprotich, both of P.O. Box 272, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John arap Chelule, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
