PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2023
By Furaha Kahindi Kaingu and Felix Charo Kahindi, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahindi Kaingu alias Kahindi Kaingu Mole, who died on 26th September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024
By David Shida Mwamutsi and Margaret Mwaka Mwamutsi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Shida Mwamutsi alias Jackson Shida, who died on 11th July, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
