TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2025
By Joseph Karanja Mwangi and Loise Nyambura Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1305-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Thuku Karanja, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025
By Mary Wanjiru Wamburu, of P.O. Box 216-20319, South Kinango in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Mburu Karomo alias Amos Mburu Karuma, who died at Kageraini, on 30th June, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
