TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025
By Alfred Manasseh Gaire Savatia, the deceased’s nephew for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sungula Busandu Busandu alias Sungura Busandu who died at Mukingi Sub-location on 10th August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2025
By Esther Asachi, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Livoywa Savako alias Solomon Savako, who died at Mbale Sub-location, on 21st May, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
