in:
CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025
By Margret Omumbo Alal, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Alal, who died
on 4th May, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025
By Magret Omumbo Alal, the deceased’s step granddaughter, for a
grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine
Okach Nyangano, who died on 15th January, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025
By George Maurice Ochieng, of P.O. Box 3642, Kisumu in Kenya,
the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Hellen Adhiambo Ochieng, who died at Kasule Sublocation,
on 25th August, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025
By Dorothy Ruth Ayoma Owiro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant
of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Ochieng
Owiro, who died at Marenyo Sub-location, on 25th July, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
