PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E452 OF 2025
By Peter Ouru Okoth, of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Okoth Osewo, who died at Kakola Ombaka, on 9th June, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E597 OF 2025
By Raphael Oliech Wangoya, of P.O. Box 62, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jagero Oredo, who died at Moro, on 14th August, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
