TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Lenah Muthoni Njuki, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Gathigia Njuki alias Esther Gathigia Kabugi, who died at Medihael Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025
By Rose Njoki Mbogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Gacoki alias Wanjiku Gachoki, who died at Thumaita, on 2nd May, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
