By (1) Susan Njoki Mwaura and (2) Teresiah Wambui Mwaura,
both of P.O. Box 3840, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and
daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of David Mwaura Kihara, who died at Nakuru War
Memorial, on 7th November, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2025
By Rosemary Ong’ayo Amachacha, of P.O. Box 14219–20100,
Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Somtera Odero alias
Joseph Somtera, who died at Banita, on 27th May, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E495 OF 2025
By (1) Maria Abei Agule and (2) Samuel Roriko Belbel, both of P.O.
Box 21, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Musa Lemusi, who died at Provincial General
Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
