TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025
By Rose Akinyi Onyando, William Walter Wameyo, Janet Atieno Onyando and Fredrick Odhiambo Onyando, all of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Achieng Dianga, who died on 16th August, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E516 OF 2025
By Francis Okech Otieno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Odie, who died on 29th July, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E557 OF 2025
By Pamela Achieng Ofula, of P.O. Box 171, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Onyango Abungu, who died at Newa, on 10th December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E586 OF 2025
By Grace Anyango Olie, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Olie Angugo, who died on 15th March, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E660 OF 2025
By Dancan Wasonga Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Onyango Osomo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
