CAUSE NO. E282 OF 2024
By Clement Emoto, of P.O. Box 171, Amukura in Kenya, the
deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Martin Emoto Okoroi, who died along Turbo–Eldoret Road, on
1st November, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E431 OF 2025
By (1) Hashim Wasike Oduory and (2) Loreen Zawadi Mwanza,
both of P.O. Box 24, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Steven
Henry Ochieng alias Ochieno Machekhe, who died at H. F. M. Nagina
Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 1990.

By Emily Were Okhoba, of P.O. Box 39, Butula in Kenya, the
deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Jane Odanga Were, who died at Bukhalalire, on 22nd

the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of George Basil Okoth Egesa, who died at Brimaxa
Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2025.

By Beatrice Siewunda Abwire, of P.O. Box 68, Busia in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of Martin Wabwire Oyiengo, who died at Siekunya Sublocation,
on 15th July, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E442 OF 2025
By Keneth Apolo Kanani, of P.O. Box 87, Funyula in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Wilson Habil Kanani, who died at Lugala Sub-location, on 3rd
June, 1999.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
