CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2025
By Benard Waswa Makokha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Makokha
Sikuku, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya.
CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2025
By (1) Cleophas Olukune Assanga and (2) Thomas Peter Okila, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter
Assanga Ambuli, who died at Watoya, on 9th January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2025
By Alice Namalwa Masinde, of P.O. Box 550–50200, Bungoma in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Job Wafula Mulokoye, who died at Malinda, on 4th September, 2015.

By Justus Wamalwa Masibo, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of David Mupay Masibo, who died at
Ndengelwa, on 6th July, 2019.

By Rose Makuti Nyongesa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhether Nyongesa
Khaoya alias Japhetha Nyongesa, who died at Kiminini Location, on 5th
February, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2025
By Dorothy Nekesa Juma, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Margaret Nasimiyu Wanyonyi, who died at
Siuna, Kabuchai, on 12th May, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
