TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Daniel Karanja Mutitu, of P.O. Box 644-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutitu Ruraya Muchemi, who died at Gatheru Sub-location, on 1st April, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Maina Mwangi, James Mathare Mburu and James Muchina Rimui, all of P.O. Box 128-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbaria Muchina, who died at 5th Avenue, Parklands, on 13th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
