TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Brian Edward Haworth and Eva Wanja Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 1481-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of James Tullidheb Birnie alias James T. Birnie alias James Tullidheb Birnie alias Birnie James Tullidheb alias Birnie James Tullidheb, who died at Narumuru, on 6th October, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
