TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025
By Francis Murei Kipketer, Sarah Jelimo Tuwei, Pauline Murey and William Kimeli Kemboi, all of P.O. Box 51, Mosoriot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipketer arap Barngetuny alias Kipketer A. Barngetuny, late of Emsos, who died there on 7th November, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025
By David Kibitok arap Chirchir, of P.O. Box 661-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timon Kiptanui Kosgei, late of Nandi, who died at Mbagathi, on 19th December, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
