TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By John Sumati Ayienda, of P.O. Box 139-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Joseph Makori Mogaka, who died on 5th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Victoria Obaga Oresi, Francisca Moraa Oresi, Ambrose Omurwa Oresi and Ernest Momanyi Oresi, all of P.O. Box 838-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Oresi Omwoyo, who died on 4th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
