TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2025
By Tarulkumar Shantilal Malde, of P.O. Box 3013-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shantilal Nathalal Malde, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2025
By Lucy Wanjiru Kang’ethe, of P.O. Box 9619, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phyllis Mwihaki Kimani, who died at Langalanga Sub-location, on 8th January, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
