By Ann Ruguuru Muchira, of P.O. Box 10, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchira Gacibiri, who died at Kabari, on 29th November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E393 OF 2025
By Esther Wanjiku Wamai, of P.O. Box 243482-00625, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangu Wamai, who died at Maria Immaculate Hospital in Kenya, on 13th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Juliah Njoki Muriithi, of P.O. Box 20-10302, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Gakuru Karuiu, who died at Gitaku, on 14th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Murimi Phillip, of P.O. Box 235, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakanyei Njaiumwe alias Wakenyei Njaiumwe, who died at Ndimi, on 17th July, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
