Box 42, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Kipchirchir Ngenoh alias Benjamin Kipchirchir A. Ngeno, who died at Living Room International Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2023.

By Zipporah Wamaitha Njenga, of P.O. Box 398-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Ndaku Godana alias Amina Godana, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 24th May, 2007.

By Lucy Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 671-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Kingori alias Peter Mwangi King’ori, who died at Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
